CORWIN BRAND AMBASSADOR
Ridgefield, WA
Brand Ambassadors represent Corwin with energy and exhibit a passion for exceptional customer service while utilizing excellent communication skills. This employee promotes our exciting products through sampling and trial at special events. This part-time position reports to the Marketing Manager. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record. Requirements include the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time. Able to meet pre-employment requirements including driving record check, drug screen and background check. Must exhibit excellent public speaking and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This position is part-time and depends upon the event schedule. Schedule will include evenings, weekends and holidays, so flexibility is needed. Work around school, another job or sports. ON-PREMISE SALES & BRAND MANAGER
Ridgefield, WA
The On-Premise Sales and Brand Manager is responsible for providing superior leadership and facilitate creative business solutions to maximize profitable revenue that meets or exceeds company objectives. Expertly manage territory and volume goals for all on-premise craft beverage channels of business for alcohol (craft beer, wine, and cider). Lead a team of sales account representatives by example with in-depth industry experience and a true passion for growing business. A strong work-ethic with proactive communication skills that encourages courageous conversations that are a must for driving sales, bridging gaps and streamlining processes. Develop new Brands to further expand our brand portfolio. This position is a “player coach” position encompassing the best of leadership and front line sales activities. Requirements include: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience Minimum 5+ years of management experience leading a team, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills. Strong skills in reviewing and understanding applicable financial statements and/or reports with the ability to adjust and drive performance. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. Experience in beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) beverage related field developing brands and go to market knowledge and strategies. Successful experience in multi-unit environment and knowledge of Direct Store Delivery industry operations and financial reporting. Proven experience in customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills. Successful history of regional or chain account call responsibility. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, managing, directing and positively impacting a sales team. Previous experience managing budgets. SEASONAL FACILITIES SUPPORT

The Seasonal Facilities Support role is A hands-on maintenance role, in addition to supporting the Facilities Maintenance Lead, with the coordination of all maintenance activities at the site. The duration of the role depends on the projects and tasks necessary as well as individual performance. This position requires previous demonstrated experience in general facilities labor, excellent troubleshooting abilities in mechanical, equipment and building problems, superb organizational and decision-making skills, and ability to lift 50-60lbs. often. CLASS A CDL DELIVERY DRIVER

Delivery Drivers serve our grocery, retail, restaurant and vending sales channels in Southwest Washington. This team supports our sales department through a passion for customer service and efficient direct sales delivery. Drivers deliver product, merchandise and fill vending machines. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, current class “A” CDL and DOT medical card, valid driver’s license with excellent driving record. Must be able to lift 50 to 75lbs. regularly; must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per day. Previous grocery, DSD or customer service experience preferred.
