ON-PREMISE SALES & BRAND MANAGER
The On-Premise Sales and Brand Manager is responsible for providing superior leadership and facilitate creative business solutions to maximize profitable revenue that meets or exceeds company objectives. Expertly manage territory and volume goals for all on-premise craft beverage channels of business for alcohol (craft beer, wine, and cider). Lead a team of sales account representatives by example with in-depth industry experience and a true passion for growing business. A strong work-ethic with proactive communication skills that encourages courageous conversations that are a must for driving sales, bridging gaps and streamlining processes. Develop new Brands to further expand our brand portfolio. This position is a “player coach” position encompassing the best of leadership and front line sales activities. Requirements include: Minimum 5+ years of sales experience Minimum 5+ years of management experience leading a team, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills. Strong skills in reviewing and understanding applicable financial statements and/or reports with the ability to adjust and drive performance. Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy. Experience in beverage (alcohol and non-alcohol) beverage related field developing brands and go to market knowledge and strategies. Successful experience in multi-unit environment and knowledge of Direct Store Delivery industry operations and financial reporting. Proven experience in customer relationship management and interpersonal communication skills. Successful history of regional or chain account call responsibility. Demonstrated experience in hiring, training, managing, directing and positively impacting a sales team. Previous experience managing budgets. Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite programs, iDIG (VIP), and Margin Minder. Submit salary requirements with resume and qualifications.
